Fair Housing Growth Strategy Report
The report consists of three sections as required by Local Law 167 of 2023:
- A long-term Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) to evaluate the scale of New York City’s housing need
- Housing Production Targets (HPT) to establish equitable growth targets
- A Strategic Equity Framework (SEF) to identify obstacles to fair housing and complementary investments and strategies that help communities accommodate growth
